When you use an address or lot-checking feature, the address is used to return location and feasibility information. We also collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, referral source, device type, and interactions with builder profiles.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the directory, show locally relevant builders, verify listing claims, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and understand which parts of the site help visitors find a builder.

Service providers

The site uses service providers for hosting, analytics, address lookup, database services, and transactional email. These may include Vercel, Google Analytics, Google Maps Platform, Supabase, and Resend. They process information under their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide their services.

Sharing and sales

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when you ask us to connect you with a builder, to comply with law, or to protect the site and its users. Builder contact links take you to third-party websites that we do not control.

Data choices and retention

You may block analytics through your browser settings. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, and security.
