Directory service

ADU Builders FL is an independent directory and information service. We are not a builder, contractor, architect, engineer, permitting authority, or party to any agreement between you and a listed business.

No endorsement or guarantee

Listings, ratings, reviews, service areas, licenses, and other business information may come from public sources or the business itself. Information can change. A listing is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of availability, quality, licensing, insurance, pricing, or project outcome. Always independently verify a contractor with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and request current documentation.

Property and zoning information

Address, lot, zoning, cost, and feasibility information is general guidance, not legal, engineering, architectural, tax, or permitting advice. Local rules and property conditions control. Confirm requirements with the relevant local authority and qualified professionals before making decisions or spending money.

Your submissions

Information submitted through a listing claim or other form must be accurate and you must have authority to provide it. You may not impersonate another person or business, submit unlawful material, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-party services

Builder websites and other external links are operated by third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, representations, and services are their responsibility.

Availability and liability

The directory is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on directory information, dealings with a listed business, third-party services, or interruption of the site.
